There will be a live training each month followed by group discussion. Topics will include advanced intuitive eating strategies, gentle nutrition to honor your health, and cultivating a positive body image.

All trainings will be uploaded into the membership portal for easy access and review.

In addition to the monthly live training, there will be a second group coaching and Q&A session.
